Scalz Systems LLC ("we," "our," or "us") provides website design, marketing automation, reputation management, and related digital marketing services for home service businesses.
Services are billed monthly via Stripe. Your subscription begins on the date of your first payment and renews automatically each month. Any pricing adjustments will be communicated with at least 30 days' advance notice.
New subscribers have 30 days from their initial payment date to request a full refund. To request a refund, contact us at support@scalzsystems.com. Refund requests submitted after the 30-day window are not eligible.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@scalzsystems.com. Your service will continue through the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for remaining days in a billing cycle.
You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only. Prohibited activities include sending spam, harassment, creating false reviews, and any other unlawful or abusive conduct. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, though no method of transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
Content and websites created for clients are licensed for use during an active subscription. Scalz Systems LLC retains ownership of all proprietary systems, templates, and automation workflows used to deliver our services.
Initiating a chargeback instead of contacting us directly to resolve a billing issue may result in the immediate suspension of your account and services. We encourage you to reach out to support@scalzsystems.com first.
Scalz Systems LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Scalz Systems LLC in the 12 months prior to the claim.
